Inner Connect Is an international organization founded in Denmark

OUR STORY

Development through mental health awareness

Inner Connect is founded on a desire to make a difference where few differences are made. We are a non-profit organization that works to empower youth and women through mental health awareness. The organization was established in 2020 in Denmark. Since then, we have particularly had an active presence in South Africa, where we have supported young women with knowledge about mental health and development. Using information and community, we strengthen the starting point for the young women. And their local communities.

MISSION
To facilitate community based Educational promotion and Mental health awareness in order to articulate stigma, empowering youth and young women by implementing sustainable development for the individual as well for the communities.

OUR VALUES

Self-development alwayes requires self-vision

ALUES

Inner Connect's values are the foundation for our work. The values are a representation of who we are, and they act as benchmarks for what we want.

Introspection is the observation of one's own mental and emotional processes, and therefore an absolutely perfect value for Inner Connect. Hopes for mental wealth are presupposed by introspection, which is thus both a means and an end.

NTROSPECTION

ELF-COMPASSION

Compassion is a technique we practice and a skill we teach. Inner Connect will strengthen mental health by referring to the fact that compassion must also be turned inward, so that we can create self-compassion.

Independence, honesty and fairness without extraneous regard for anything outside.

NTEGRITY

PENNESS

Openness is the key to new insights and lessons. It is something we show to cultural and personal differences and something we should show to ourselves.
